A quiet secluded large country home set in its own grounds approximately 3 miles from Dover and easily found from the Macdonald roundabout on the A2 main Dover Road

All ‘en suite’ rooms offer exceptional quality for your comfort and relaxation, tea/coffee making facilities and terrestrial television are included and a separate lounge is available where guests are welcome to join the family.

This character property is believed to be circa 1600 and is shown on the ‘tithe’ map in a smaller version the ancient woodland and gardens (very wild) are available to explore and there is an outdoor swimming pool for brave swimmers.

Rolles Court is owned and managed by Jill & Ian Montgomery who have a wealth of experience in the leisure and guest house trade having been founder members of Swale Tourism Association and, from 1983 to 1997 were the owners of the very successful ‘Yew Trees’ in Sittingbourne.

A full ‘English’ breakfast is served until 9.00am everyday with plenty of alternatives if ‘the works’ is too adventurous.

A warm welcome is always extended here, good access with plenty of parking and security for cycles if required make this an excellent stop on the way to or returning from the Channel ports. Please be aware that the house is a no smoking zone but the garden and outbuildings are available!!
